To all of our loyal customers, friends, and family:
On Monday, September 13th, our team suffered a terrible loss. Our repair technician, Michael Holtzman, passed away from unknown causes. He was a dedicated man, with a fierce passion for his work, and can never be replaced. He will be missed by so many in his community.

He will be cremated in the presence of his loved ones. There will not be a public service at this time.
-
Fare well, Michael, wherever the universe takes you.

I just now saw this. I am so very sad. This man definitely knew his machines. My husband and I both loved talking to him. He talked me into my first Phaff and my cutting table that I bought there. He can never be replaced. We loved him. RIP Mike you will definitely be missed.
I brought my vintage machines to Mike for care. I always felt that they were in excellent hands. On my recent visit, I asked him about a new machine, so he talked me through the showroom until I found the one that I wanted. He explained and showed me the differences between the machines, took his time and I never felt pressured to buy. Even though I didn’t have much contact with him, I am saddened by his loss. Blessings to all of you.
Mike was the best, straight forward, didn’t pull any punches and told it like he saw it, I often called him for sewing machine questions and he always knew the answers to help me with my machines and would go the extra mile to find the answer if he did not know, He was a good person who tried to hide his tenderheartedness, I will deeply miss him.
I came down from Xenia to buy a Crescendo and met Mike then. He was such an asset to your store. Talked with him again when I picked up machine after checkup and he shared such vital info on keeping my machine going well. Condolences to his family, friends and his store family.
So sad to hear about Michael he was a nice person who knew his machines. He will be greatly missed.
