Seams Sew Easy is your premium machine service retailer. We service ALL makes and models of machines, of any age. We have 2 excellent technicians who are both certified by our brands. Top reasons to bring your machine to us include:

- We have a 90-Day Service Warranty on every machine. If you're unsatisfied with the service performed on your machine, we will make it right at no extra cost.
You do not need an appointment; simply bring your machine in any time during business hours and we will check it in.

Every machine will receive a full maintenance check-up, in addition to any repairs. Service fee includes everything except new parts. For a full list of services performed, please see the Repair Checklist.

Our average turn-around time is 2-3 weeks. Lead time may be longer during busier seasons, please contact the store to confirm.
Rush service is available for an additional $50 fee.
What Machines Can You Service?
What Machines Can You Service?
We can perform maintenance and repair services on all makes, models, and types of machine.
Warranty Service: We are certified to perform warranty work for Baby Lock, Pfaff, and Juki machines. Other brands must see their dealer to have their service covered by the machine warranty.
Replacing Parts: We will do our best to locate replacement parts for your machine, but parts older models and/or brands we don't sell may be unavailable to us. If we are unable to complete the repair, you will not be charged.

If you receive your machine back from us and it is still having problems, you are covered by our 90-day repair warranty. We will repair it again at no extra cost to you. Returned machines take priority and are not subject to the 2-3 week turn-around time.
