Burgoynne Surrounded

This is one of the many designs whose name can traced back to an actual historical event. Most quilt patterns were for the victor; however, owing its to General Burgoynne, this one honors the loser. This quilt is stunning as a simple two color quilt, or play around with fabrics and add color to the rings. Simple strip piece construction and rotary cutting help to make this quilt a quick project to make.
