Beginning Machine Quilting

This class is perfect for any beginning quilter looking to learn basic foundation skills. From rotary cutting to block piecing, quilting, and binding; we guarantee you'll learn all the skills you need to get you started with your new hobby. Over the course of multiple sessions, you will make and FINISH an entire lap quilt!

This is a 5-week course, so sign up if you'll be in it for the long haul!

Materials:
Background fabric: 1 1/3 yds (One and one third yards)
Fabric A: 2 1/2 yds (Two and a half yards)
Fabric B: 1 1/4 yds (One and one quarter yards)
Border Fabric: 2 yds (Two yards)
1/4" foot thread
Rotary cutting
Cutting mat
Basting pins
6" x 24" ruler
Seam ripper
Straight pins
Sewing machine (If you do not have a sewing machine, you may use one of our classroom machines)
